☀️ Join us for World Children’s Day!
🗓️ On November 20th, we celebrate the 35th anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN CRC). The Child Rights Action Group (CRAG), of which Alliance for Childhood European Network Group is a part of, will organise an event in collaboration with the child rights champions in the European Parliament. The event will be hosted by MEP Veronika Cifrová Ostrihoňová.
In this event:
💬 We will discuss how to move forward with the children’s rights agenda in the EU
🗣️ Children will present to EU policy-makers their priorities for the next political cycle.
🤝Complementary to this event, UNICEF EU will organise an activity to launch its flagship report “State of the World’s Children 2024”, followed by a roundtable discussion of the reported trends.
